Arena Mayhem — Privacy Policy

01About this policy

This policy covers Arena Mayhem, the online arena game for Android published by Albion Ltda, and its game server at arenamayhem.dfs.im. It explains what we collect to run the game and what we never do.

02Data we collect

To play you create an account. We store:

• your player name and your password, only as a one-way hash; your e-mail address if you choose to add one
• game data: heroes, power levels, trophies, coins, gems, power points, items, quests, pass progress and your match results and statistics
• the inputs you send during a match, used only to run it and to prevent cheating
• technical data needed for security: your IP address and device platform when you sign in, stored with your sign-in session and used only to limit abuse

03What we do not do

Arena Mayhem contains no advertising, no chat and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data, and the game does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.

04How we use it

Only to run the game: matchmaking, saving your progress, rankings, events and rewards, customer support, and keeping play fair (preventing cheating and abuse and suspending accounts that break the rules).

05What other players see

Your player name, level, trophies, favourite hero and recent match results appear in matches, rankings and on your public profile. Your e-mail and password are never shown.

06Purchases

Arena Mayhem is free to play with optional purchases of gems and a starter pack. Purchases are made through Google Play, which processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your card or payment details. We keep a record of each purchase: product, the purchase token and order number from Google Play, what was granted and whether it was refunded.

07Where data is kept

On a server we operate in Europe. Cloudflare carries and protects the connection between the game and the server. Connections are always encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets).

08Keeping and deleting data

Your account is kept while you use it. You can delete it at any time in the game (Settings → Delete account) or by writing to us from the address below: your account, heroes, items and progress are removed at once; past match results keep only an anonymous entry, and purchase records are kept without any link to you for accounting and refund handling.

09Children

Arena Mayhem is not directed to children under 13.
