The Backup Crew — Terms of Use

01Licence

Albion Ltda grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play The Backup Crew on devices you own or control, for entertainment. The game, its art, music and code remain ours.

02Crew Pass

The Crew Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks every world of the game, including worlds added in later updates, and removes ads. It is a licence to use in-game content, has no monetary value and cannot be transferred. Purchases are handled by Google Play and refunds follow Google Play's policy.

03Ads and third-party services

The game can show ads from Google AdMob and processes purchases through Google Play. Those services are also covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

04No warranty

The game is provided as is. We want it to work, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of progress.

05Changes and law

We may update the game and these terms; the date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. [email protected].
