Powdergrid — Terms of Service
Last Updated · November 2026
01About these terms
These terms govern your use of Powdergrid, the online grid-blast game for Android published by Albion Ltda (“we”). By creating an account (including a guest account) or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
02Your account
You need an account to play. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts. Player names must not be offensive or impersonate anyone.
03Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, exploit bugs or modify the game or its network traffic
- spam, advertise or pretend to be part of our team
- attack, overload or reverse engineer our servers
04Moderation and suspension
We may hide chat messages, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove gold, gems or items obtained by cheating or through bugs. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.
05Virtual items and purchases
Coins, power cells, gems, runners, skins, charge styles, emotes and the Grid Pass are a personal licence to use content inside the game: they have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved between accounts. Gems, the starter pack and No Ads are sold only through Google Play, under its terms and refund rules; a refunded purchase removes what it granted. Prize Pods are only earned by playing and are never sold. Nothing sold changes blast damage or range. Prices and items may change.
06Availability
Powdergrid needs an internet connection. We work to keep it online but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features, maps, events and balance may change, and if we ever end the service we will announce it in the game at least 30 days in advance.
07Licence and intellectual property
The game, its art, music, code and names belong to Albion Ltda or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it for non-commercial purposes.
08Warranty and liability
The game is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or runs on every device. As far as the law allows, Albion Ltda is not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
09Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
10Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date and applies from then on. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
