01About these terms

These terms govern your use of Deadfloors, the zombie extraction game for Android published by Albion Ltda (“we”). By installing or playing it, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

02Licence and intellectual property

The game, its art, code and names belong to Albion Ltda or its licensors; music and sound effects are used under the licences listed in the game's credits. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute it, or modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

03Offline play and your progress

Deadfloors runs offline and needs no account. Your progress is saved only on your device: uninstalling the game or clearing its data erases it, and we cannot recover it.

04Free to play and purchases

The game is free to download. Optional in-app purchases (gem packs, the starter pack and the Ad-free Pass) are sold through Google Play at the price shown there. Coins, gems, energy and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred and are not refundable, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise.

05Advertising

The game shows rewarded videos only when you choose to watch one. The reward is granted after the video ends; ad availability is not guaranteed.

06Fair play

Do not modify the game, use cheats or exploit bugs to obtain items. We may fix balance and errors in updates, which can change items or progress obtained that way.

07Warranty and liability

The game is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or runs on every device. As far as the law allows, Albion Ltda is not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

08Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

09Changes and contact
