01About these terms

These terms govern your use of Core Defender, the action platformer for Android and Windows published by Albion Ltda (“we”). By installing or playing it, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

02Licence and intellectual property

The game, its art, music, code and names belong to Albion Ltda or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute it, or modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

03Offline play and your progress

Core Defender runs offline and needs no account. Your progress is saved only on your device: uninstalling the game or clearing its data erases it, and we cannot recover it.

04Price

Core Defender is free, with no in-app purchases and no advertising.

05Warranty and liability

The game is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or runs on every device. As far as the law allows, Albion Ltda is not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

06Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

07Changes and contact
